How it works

Three steps, at your own pace

  1. Sign in

    Enter your email address and access code above. Your assessment opens with the exercises chosen for your role and experience band.

  2. Complete the exercises

    A technical skills test for your role and a separate communication and reasoning test. Your answers save as you type, so you can pause and return.

  3. Submit

    When every exercise is done, submit the whole assessment once. Your answers are scored by AI and reviewed by the hiring manager, who makes the recommendation.

What to expect

Your own work

The assessment is yours alone. Do not use AI tools or ask anyone for help. Copy and paste are switched off, and leaving the page, switching tabs or pasting is recorded and shown to the hiring manager.

Fictional scenarios

The exercises are set in UAE banking. Every bank, person, system and figure is a made-up example and no real data is involved.

A quiet hour or two

Use a laptop or desktop with a stable connection. Allow for the guide times shown on each exercise, plus a little extra to read the briefs.

Fair, by design

Your answers are scored by AI on the same 1–4 scale used for every candidate. The hiring manager reviews every score, can change any of them, and makes the recommendation.

Need help signing in?

  • Check that you are using the email address the invitation was sent to.
  • The code is not case sensitive and the dash is optional.
  • Invitations close five days after they are issued. If yours has expired or you cannot find the email, reply to your invitation and the hiring manager can resend it.
